To be part of the Class-action and power to receive compensation, individuals must file a claim online or by mail, with a strict deadline of October 17, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., Pacific time. Once the attorneys and class representatives are paid, about $86.5 million will be left over for class members. The amount of money given to each member of the class will be the same, it will depend on the number of people who present claims.
