The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known throughout the United States as food stamps, has as its main objective to keep low-income families away from food risk.

The SNAP program works by granting financial allocations for the purchase of nutritious foods, whether fresh or long-life (canned, flour, preserves, frozen, etc.), and are distributed on different dates in each state, depending on local needs and the state structures to put together the payment framework, among other elements.

These are the payment dates in each state and territory of the United States, agreed for the month of August. You will notice that some states are not on this list because they have already finished sending all payments to their beneficiary populations.
